Job summary

Humans of HR is engaged to lead search for a Manager - Human Resources & Office Operations for a well-established B2B SaaS company. The role blends HR generalist leadership with hands-on office operations, reporting to an executive team member and shaping the function from the ground up.

You will own HR and facilities, coach managers, manage vendor relations, and build programs in a fast-paced, target-driven sales culture while ensuring compliance and a safe workplace in Greater Vancouver.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in SaaS/tech sales environments.
• Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and terminations independently.
• Working knowledge of BC/Canadian employment law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organization's primary HR business partner for leaders and managers on ER, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Own the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding and promotions.
• Develop HR policies, handbook, and compliant practices for BC/Canadian standards.
