A leading technology company in Vancouver is seeking an HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition and HR functions. The role includes managing recruitment, facilitating training and development, and maintaining compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the IT/software industry and possess strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all Talent Acquisition, Talent Mangement and HR functions at our Vancouver office.

What Were Looking For :
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in recruiting, or headhunting in IT / Software development industry.
3-5 years hands-on experience in HRBP or HR Manager role.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in using metrics to inform, and base decisions upon.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
An ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal direction. Experience in Startups is a bonus.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Working experience in a Software development company preferred.
As a note, this position is full time in office based in Vancouver, BC, so we are only considering those based locally and eligible to work in Canada.
