MGI Construction Corp. is seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment and employee relations within their Ontario divisions. This role includes creating and maintaining company policies, managing onboarding processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

This position is responsible for the organization and management of recruitment efforts, the administration of benefits and compensation, and the continual building of relations with our employees. Other administrative tasks and health and safety collaborative efforts may also be required.
