Job summary

Bell is offering an internship/graduate program in Canada for motivated graduates. The program provides four HR rotations and real, business-related projects across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, Digital HR, HR Analytics, and more.

You’ll work with mentors and leaders who support your professional and personal growth, develop real-world skills, and participate in exclusive events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR/IR/Business completed before start date.

Responsibilities

• Support 4 HR rotations across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation, Digital HR and HR Analytics.
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver people-focused solutions and business impact.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to enable decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, skills, network, and breadth of experience needed to become the next generation of HR leaders at Bell. To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needs.

With our Grad program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 4 rotations and real, business‑related projects, which may include roles within:

• Talent Acquisition
• Organizational Development
• Compensation
• Digital HR
• HR Analytics and Reporting
• Mental Health and Accessibility
• Disability Management
• Project Management
• Labour Relations
• Human Resources Services
• Business Unit or People Leader support

Education and Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or a related field completed before the program start date.
• You are aligned with working in-person at a Toronto or Montreal-based Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.

Offers will be made to qualified candidates ongoing from September 2026 to November 2026 or until all positions are filled.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
