Job summary

Bell is seeking interns for its Business Internship opportunities in Canada. The program offers exposure to projects across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Business Analysis, with mentors and senior leaders guiding growth. Participants will collaborate on cross-functional projects, gain real-world skills, and contribute to strategic initiatives that benefit Canadians daily.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, master's, or college diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Planning on returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Willing to work in a hybrid environment within the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal areas near a Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of various business projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Support the development and launch of new products, services, and solutions for our customers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline organizational workflows and improve process efficiencies.
• Assist with key business functions, which may include project coordination, creating performance reports, or supporting customer relationship management.

Education & Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, master’s degree, or college diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field programs or a related field completed before the program start date.
• You are planning on returning back to school in the Fall of 2027. All candidates must be returning to their studies following the completion of the internship.
• You are aligned with working in a hybrid environment within the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal areas near a Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
• You maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
