Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a co-op program.
• Familiarity with HRIS and onboarding processes is a plus.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Use the HRIS system to manage information, org charts, onboarding forms, payroll, and letters.
• Coordinate with HR Service Centre to maintain high service standards and update policies.
• Conduct onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Support the Nissan Canada Intern Program including posting, sourcing, and evaluating interns.
• Provide general admin support with confidential matters and maintain filing systems.
• Assist ad-hoc projects as required.
