We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data & Process Analyst to serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, HR processes, and related HR systems.
In this role, you will lead the optimization of HR services through data analysis, system enhancements, process improvement, reporting, testing, training, and change management. Working closely with HR, ITS, and other stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value of our Workday platform and driving continuous improvement across HR operations.
Join our team as the functional subject matter expert for HR processes, Workday, and related HR Systems. This position supports the optimization of HR services through business analysis, data governance, reporting, process improvement, testing, training, and change management.

The compensation range for this job posting is : $78,885.85 - $104,506.92
