Lake Shore Gold is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator for the Timmins, ON site, focusing on employee relations, staffing, and HR systems support. You will guide HR processes and collaborate with site leadership to sustain an effective HR service delivery.

Relocation assistance is available. The role offers a base salary range of 85,000–100,000 CAD annually and comprehensive benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hr days or 10-hr days as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with conflict resolution and investigating employee concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR services and coordinate processes within HR strategy.
• Supervise and develop HR Generalists and administrative staff.
• Talent acquisition, including postings, events, and onboarding.
