Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Belleville facility, including front desk coverage and payroll support.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Monitor, track, and maintain records of daily attendance calls.
• Assist with the organization, filing, and maintenance of employee and HR records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and related documentation.
• Provide support to the HR department across a variety of HR initiatives and activities.
• Coordinate employee events, meetings, training sessions, lunches, and other engagement activities.
