A leading company in financial services seeks an HR Coordinator to manage various recruitment and administrative tasks. How Youll Make an Impact :
Provide a variety of coordination and administrative services through the full cycle recruitment processes including postings offer letter generation compensation reporting interview scheduling and onboarding phases of the talent acquisition life cycle
Support Talent Acquisition Partners in their full cycle recruitment activities
Interact with candidates and hiring managers to ensure their experience exceeds their expectations
Act as first point of contact for external vendors who provide services to talent acquisition team
Act as subject matter expert on Workday and other systems within team
Review talent acquisition processes and recommend continuous improvement ideas to increase the functions efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects
What We Are Looking For :
College Diploma or University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
2 or more years of experience in a coordinator or administrator role within a human resources or talent acquisition function.
The Expertise You Bring :
Ability to multitask and adjust to a fastpaced environment with constantly changing demands
Ability to balance and prioritize tasks while maintaining the appropriate attention to detail and accuracy
Excels in organizing and time management skills
Strong skills in Work / Excel
Experience in Workday
