Job summary

Commsoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment and assist the HR Director in various projects.

You will plan and coordinate activities such as onboarding, recruit and onboard top talent, post job offers, source candidates on LinkedIn, screen CVs, and conduct phone interviews. As part of the HR team, you will participate in talent management, performance initiatives, workplace climate projects, and compensation strategies while promoting clear internal
