Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HRIS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach business leaders on people management and complex employee relations matters.

• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
