Job summary

Prysmian Group in Finland is seeking an HR Business Partner, Payroll & Reporting to join our HR team at the Pikkala plant. You will own payroll processes for monthly salaried employees, partner with managers, and drive data quality and reporting.

This role requires Finnish labor law expertise, experience with external payroll providers, advanced Excel, and the ability to turn data into insights for business decisions. Fluent in Finnish and English, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Following major investments and continued growth at our Pikkala plant, we are looking for an HR Business Partner, Payroll & Reporting to join our HR team.
