ACX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our national team. This full-time role, based at the ACX Head Office with travel to sites across Canada (about 25%), offers an immediate opportunity to shape people strategy and workforce planning in both Eastern and Western regions.

You'll partner with site leaders on organizational design, employee relations, succession planning, and talent development, while monitoring headcount, turnover, and costs to drive continuous

Competenze

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
• Strong business acumen and partnering with operational leaders.
• Knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Ability to use HR metrics to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site teams is an asset.

Mansioni

• Partner with site leaders on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and overtime costs; implement action plans.
• Coach leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Support talent assessments, succession planning, and internal promotions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with headcount approvals.
• Support acquisitions, organizational change, and consistent HR practices across sites.
