The Minery Ltd. is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner in the GTA to support automotive clients. This role involves managing various HR projects, providing HR guidance, and fostering client relationships while working both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to HR solutions, contributing strategically to client success.

The Minery’s HR Services covers all the bases from recruitment and onboarding to full-service HR management. Our services are powered by our preferred HR software- a fully integrated Human Capital Management digital solution.
Job Summary:
We are in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Business Partner in the GTA to support our automotive clients in their pursuit of excellence.
The successful candidate will be assigned a select group of clients and/or HR projects and will be accountable for managing the deliverables outlined within those contracts. Key drivers of this position include effective communication, quick follow-up, and collaborating with key stakeholders to get the job done. Your days will be filled with HR activities and dynamic demands requiring you to move swiftly, be responsive, and solve problems—alongside countless opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
As part of this role, we expect our consultants to consistently look for opportunities to upsell and provide additional value to our clients in the areas of HR, training, and organizational effectiveness. This is a key expectation of all our Business Partners as we aim to be proactive, strategic contributors to our clients’ success.
This position requires someone who can manage their time effectively while working from home but is also prepared to be on-site at dealerships weekly—or as often as required.
