About the role
IPS – IRP Med is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for partnering across the HR function to deliver value-added services that align with business objectives. The HRBP will maintain business literacy, act as a change agent, lead talent management, and implement integrated HR solutions.
This position is based in San Clemente, CA, supporting IRP Med and ABBA Roller in Ontario, CA, with travel between locations as needed.
