City of Nanaimo is seeking a permanent full-time HR Associate – Disability Management/OHS to support disability management, return-to-work processes, and the Psychological Health and Safety management system, reporting to the Manager, Occupational Health and Safety.

The role also provides administrative support and coordinates health and safety initiatives. A diploma in Health Sciences or related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience is required, plus a valid BC Driver’s Licence.

Formación

• Diploma in Health Sciences or related discipline; 3+ years' related experience including 1 year in disability management.
• NIDMAR training or related certification is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support disability management and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate the Psychological Health and Safety management system and provide administrative support.
