Teledyne Digital Imaging, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, is seeking a Human Resources Advisor - Employee Experience & Business Partnership to balance operational HR with strategic people initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will drive onboarding/offboarding, performance guidance, employee relations, and partner with managers to enhance engagement, recruitment, and workforce analytics while maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience coaching managers and supporting HR programs.
  • 1+ year of experience using Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support.
  • Partner with managers on onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on performance, employee relations, workplace accommodations, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and support team development and engagement initiatives.
  • Drive annual HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, compliance, training, and compensation programs.
  • Support talent acquisition activities, including requisitions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support workforce decisions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and initiatives.

Human Resources Advisor - Employee Experience & Business Partnership

Teledyne Digital Imaging, part of Teledyne Technologies, develops advanced imaging solutions used in industries ranging from manufacturing and medical imaging to machine vision and surveillance. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Advisor who enjoys combining employee support with strategic partnership.

In this role, you will be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping create a positive employee experience while driving key HR processes across the organisation. What you'll do

  • Required: Experience coaching managers and supporting HR programs.
  • Required: 2-5 years of HR experience in a professional environment.
  • Required: 1+ year of experience using Workday.
  • Advantage: Experience supporting multiple client groups in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Required: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.

Salary Range

$56,200.00-$74,900.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
