Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging in Canada seeks an HR Advisor who blends employee support with strategic partnership to enhance the employee experience across the organisation. You will lead processes from onboarding to offboarding, coach managers, analyze HR data, conduct exit interviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on development and engagement initiatives.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support.

  • Provide guidance on performance, employee relations, workplace accommodations, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and support team development and engagement initiatives.
  • Drive annual HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, compliance, training, and compensation programs.
  • Support talent acquisition activities, including requisitions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support workforce decisions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and initiatives.

Job Description Human Resources Advisor – Employee Experience & Business Partnership Teledyne Digital Imaging, part of Teledyne Technologies, develops advanced imaging solutions used in industries ranging from manufacturing and medical imaging to machine vision and surveillance.

Salary Range: $56,200.00-$74,900.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
