Qualifications

• Experience with HP NonStop/Tandem environments and mission-critical banking or payments systems.
• Proficiency in COBOL85, TAL, TACL, and C/C++ with strong debugging skills.
• Knowledge of Enscribe Database and SQL/MP.
• Experience with Pathway, Guardian, and OSS environments.
• Strong incident management and production support experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications on the HP NonStop (Tandem) platform.
• Design, code, test, and implement software solutions.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Support application upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
