Job summary

Acestack is seeking an experienced IBM FTM Engineer to design, develop, and support applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager for core payments processing. The role focuses on payment flows, enterprise integration, and production support in regulated environments.

You will collaborate with architecture, QA, and operations to ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance, participate in the full SDLC, and document technical solutions for knowledge sharing.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM FTM Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and support applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) for core payments processing. The ideal candidate will have strong payment flow, enterprise integration, production support, and troubleshooting experience within complex and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM).
• Develop and support payment flows for transaction processing and payment hub capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, payment processing, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, operations, and other technical teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance.
• Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
