Job summary

YWCA Banff is seeking a Housing Coordinator to support the Long-Term Affordable Housing Program in the Bow Valley. The role focuses on coordinating applications, waitlists, leases, inspections, communications, reporting, and resident follow-up to promote housing stability.

We value compassionate, organized individuals with strong administration and communication skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a trauma-informed, client-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and people skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with housing or social services is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the Long-Term Affordable Housing Program
• Manage applications, waitlists, leases, and program records
• Maintain accurate housing data and reporting tools
• Support residents through trauma-informed, client-centred approaches
• Coordinate inspections and unit turnover with Facilities and Residential Programs
