The Role and Opportunity
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) – Toronto is looking for a Housing Outreach Worker to join our Housing Services Program. This position will be part of a team of Housing Outreach Workers and Residential Workers providing community-based housing services to individuals who suffer from severe mental illness and are living independently in the community. This position will be primarily on site supporting our dedicated sites.
Salary : $54,124 – $59,147
