Job summary

Canalta Group in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, is seeking a motivated team member to join our housekeeping family. You will participate in a structured training program and help maintain spotless public areas to deliver a Legendary guest experience.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will uphold our Canalta values, support housekeeping and maintenance as needed, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in basic maintenance is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and guest-facing spaces.
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to support a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Complete an exceptional training program for top-notch housemen.
• Maintain immaculate public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by upholding Canalta values in person and online.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to welcome guests.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
• Resolve guest issues by turning obstacles into opportunities.
• Follow safety guidelines to keep the team and guests safe.

• Deliver 7 Star Cleanliness by maintaining immaculate public areas, including lobbies, amenities, hallways, restrooms and outdoor spaces, ensuring everything is sparking clean
• Be a Brand Ambassador by representing our values and culture in person and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
• Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for our guests
• Support the team by assisting housekeeping & maintenance departments, providing extra hands wherever needed

What we're looking for:

• High Quality Commitment: Prior experience in basic maintenance & repair skills (handyman experience) is a plus but not required, we are happy to provide training. Your passion for hospitality is what matters most
• Strong Attention to detail: cleanliness is the key!
• Eager, Willing & Able: A strong commitment to being reliable for our guests and for our team is expected
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support your teammates
