Job summary

Canalta Group is seeking a motivated team member to join our housekeeping/maintenance support team. You will train to deliver 7 Star cleanliness across public areas and assist guest services with a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in basic maintenance & repair is a plus; training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail; cleanliness is the key.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete an exceptional training program designed for top-notch housemen.
• Maintain immaculate public areas: lobbies, amenities, hallways, restrooms and outdoor spaces.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by representing Canalta values in person and online.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace to welcome guests.
• Support housekeeping & maintenance departments with extra help.
• Proactively resolve guest issues and turn obstacles into opportunities.
• Follow hotel safety guidelines to keep guests and staff safe.

What we're looking for:

• High Quality Commitment: Prior experience in basic maintenance & repair skills (handyman experience) is a plus but not required, we are happy to provide training. Your passion for hospitality is what matters most
