Job summary

Canalta Group in Canada is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to help deliver a Legendary guest experience. You will keep guest rooms and common areas sparkling clean and welcoming, embodying our 7 Star standard.

No prior housekeeping experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. Flexible scheduling, team-based culture, and opportunities to grow within the Canalta family await you as we strive for outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is a plus but training provided.
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor that puts guests at ease.
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program for room attendants.
• Deliver 7 Star cleanliness by keeping rooms and common areas sparkling.
• Represent Canalta values as Brand Ambassador in person and online.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to welcome guests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Be a Problem Solver by addressing guest issues promptly.
