Job summary

Canalta Group is seeking a dedicated room attendant to join our team. You will participate in an exceptional training program designed for top-notch housekeeping and ensure 7 Star cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public spaces.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll embody our values in person and online while keeping an organized, safe workspace. We value reliability, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required.
• Engaging, friendly and reliable personality.
• Flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 7 Star cleanliness by keeping guest rooms and common areas sparkling clean.
• Assist guests to provide a Legendary experience aligned with Canalta standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to ensure every guest has a memorable stay.
• Represent Canalta values in person and online as a Brand Ambassador.
• Be a problem solver and handle guest issues with a positive attitude.
