Job summary

Big White Ski Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time seasonal role on-site in Canada. You will coordinate daily cleaning tasks, supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, and help train the team to meet standards. The position runs from late Oct 2026 to April 2027 with wage $22.50 per hour.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Staff accommodation is available for approved applicants and a range of resort perks starts from day one.

Big White Ski Resort, or simply Big White, is a mountain resort located 56 km southeast of Kelowna in the Southern Interior of British Columbia. As part of theBig WhiteHousekeeping team, you are responsible for the daily coordination of rooms to be cleaned by the housekeeping team. You will be inspecting rooms and common areas to make sure they meet the core standard of cleaning. This position requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Inspect and maintain guest units while keeping up with core standards
• Supervise housekeeping staff and laundry staff while they are performing their duties
• Conduct daily morning meetings with housekeeping staff and daily organization of staff
• Help with training of all housekeeping and laundry staff
• Stocking and organizing storage rooms
• Assist in cleaning of rooms
• Understand how everything operates in guest room (fireplace, windows, etc.)
• Fulfilling tasks in a time sensitive manner
• Follow all Health & Safety protocols and procedures
• Assist guests with all questions and requests
• All other duties as required
