Job summary

Big White Ski Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time seasonal role on-site in Canada. You will coordinate daily cleaning tasks, supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, and help train the team to meet standards. The position runs from late Oct 2026 to April 2027 with wage $22.50 per hour.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Staff accommodation is available for approved applicants and a range of resort perks starts from day one.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in training others.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented with guest-focused service.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and supervise housekeeping tasks and laundry staff.
• Conduct daily morning meetings and organize staff.
• Assist in training housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Stock and organize storage rooms.
• Assist in cleaning rooms and understand guest room operations.
• Fulfilling tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
• Follow Health & Safety protocols and assist guests.
• All other duties as required.
