Responsibilities

• Track linen and cleaning supply inventories; manage monthly stock.
• Prepare and communicate housekeeping reports and ensure room readiness for guests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for service requests and safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to guest requests; follow up on satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures and train subordinates.
