• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues, safety hazards, and guest concerns.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to prioritize rooms and special requests.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and adherence to hotel policies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping professionally.
• Assist with scheduling and coverage during high occupancy or staff shortages.
