Our Toronto Location:

Located in Toronto’s Fashion District, our space is housed in a historic Edwardian building from 1912, featuring original wood structures and vintage decor that reflect its past as a printing and publishing site. The facility includes a dry sauna and an indoor/outdoor bath area, blending history and modern relaxation.

The Role:

Responsible for overseeing facility cleaning to ensure optimal conditions, leading a team to enhance customer experience, maintaining standards, and ensuring adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Housekeeping team across shifts, ensuring cleanliness standards.
2. Manage laundry and cleaning departments efficiently.
3. Coordinate tasks and oversee supplies for smooth operations.
4. Develop and implement training to uphold service standards.
5. Support daily operations and staff management in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager.
6. Maintain guest areas to ensure a welcoming environment.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning or related roles.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective conflict management skills, assertive and cooperative.
• Proficient in English.
