Job summary

Elkwater Lake Lodge and Resort in Elkwater, AB is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning staff, hire and train team, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the property.

The successful candidate will supervise 3–4 staff, coordinate with other departments, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and uphold high guest service quality. This is a permanent full-time role paying CAD 26.00 to 27.00 hourly for 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Ability to supervise 3–4 staff.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Dependable and flexible with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train cleaning staff or arrange training.
