Range Lounge and Grill in Vernon, BC is seeking a Housekeeping room attendant. The role is permanent, full-time with day, evening, night, weekend, overtime, early morning and morning shifts. 4 vacancies.

The candidate should have a High school diploma, WHMIS certificate, and 1–7 months of related experience, fluent English, and the ability to lift up to 23 kg. Reliability and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Make beds and change sheets.

• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Respond to guests’ requests for extra supplies or items.
• Pick up debris and empty trash cans.
• Perform housekeeping activities.
• Report accidents or emergencies as needed.

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• The candidate will be responsible for vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate will be responsible for making beds and changing sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must stock the linen closet.
• The candidate will be expected to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must respond to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate will be responsible for picking up debris and emptying trash cans.
• The candidate will be responsible for housekeeping activities.
• The candidate must report accidents, distress signals, navigation hazards, and other emergencies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
