Job summary

Storm Mountain Lodge Corp. in Banff, AB seeks an enthusiastic Housekeeping room attendant to join our team. The role is permanent, full-time, with day, weekend, overtime, early morning and morning shifts. Salary ranges CAD 18.05 to CAD 21.00 per hour for 35 hours per week, with to-be-negotiated terms.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of housekeeping duties, provide excellent guest service, and work in a hotel setting that offers live-in accommodation options and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• No formal education requirements; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies and upholstery.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Respond to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Provide basic facility information.
• Collect debris and empty trash cans.
• Clean windows, walls and ceilings.
• Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses and flatware.

• The candidate will be expected to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
