Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans resort units (sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms) ensuring constant cleanliness, maintaining housekeeping standards, stripping linens, replenishing supplies, and cleaning common areas (60% time).
• Maintains positive customer and associate relationships: responds to guest inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates concerns to management, while promoting teamwork and quality service (10% time).
• Ensures compliance with operational, safety, and security procedures (15% time).
• Builds a "Count On Me" culture: responsive, respectful, and supportive to guests, associates, and partners (10% time).
• Performs other duties as needed (5% time).
