Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Be adaptable to customer needs.
• Keep all assigned areas and corridors clean, neat, and sanitary, ensuring safety and health standards are met, in compliance with departmental policies.
• Inspect and determine appropriate cleaning techniques based on guidelines.
• Use housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies as needed.
• Dispose of trash and biohazardous materials following universal precautions.
• Keep cleaning carts stocked, labeled, and in good working condition.
• Maintain professional conduct and promote effective relationships within the team.
• Assist in improving department productivity and efficiency.
• Adhere to training commitments to demonstrate professional growth.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
