**WE COVER YOUR TRAVEL (Flight or shuttle from La Ronge), MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS when at site!

**SHIFT WORK REQUIRED (11-HOURS DAY OR NIGHT); 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.

**YOU MUST PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

Reporting to the housing manager, Housing Attendants (Housekeepers) are responsible for housekeeping duties at remote northern sites, such as mining facilities and exploration camps. Duties include:

  • Sweep, mop, and wash floors
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, and area rugs
  • Make beds
  • Clean and sanitize all areas as assigned
  • Collect garbage
  • Clean rooms to required specifications
  • Follow ACLP policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Considerations:

  • Shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps
  • Must be able to work compressed workweeks
  • Team player, works well with others

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
  • Grade 10 education or equivalent (asset)
  • One year of housekeeping experience (asset)
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (asset)
  • Possession or ability to obtain valid first aid certificate
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, including WHMIS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Physically able to perform duties
