About The Opportunity

• Thoroughly clean common areas including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
• Prepare vacant rooms for incoming residents by cleaning thoroughly
• Collect and dispose of refuse according to procedures
• Clean and restock housekeeping carts; notify supervisor when supplies are low
• Promote safety by identifying hazards, following safety procedures, wearing PPE, and supporting safe work practices

About You

Valuing continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• High initiative and commitment to completing tasks efficiently with a friendly, customer-service approach
• Good communication skills to interact politely and cooperatively with residents and team members
• Ability to work independently and safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• A passion for healthcare and ensuring seniors have access to quality care and accommodations
