Job summary

Cineplex Edmonton is seeking an energetic Hourly Player, Front of House to create an exceptional entertainment experience. You will operate major attractions, upsell games and retail, handle cash, and ensure stations are clean and ready for guests.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, attention to detail, strong problem solving and clear communication. A provincially required alcohol certificate is preferred. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow are offered.

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to upsell games and retail items.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Upselling games by showing guests game operations and creating a fun environment.
• Upselling retail items, prizes, and explaining product functions.

• Maintaining clean, fully operational gaming stations and restocking as needed.
• Answering guest inquiries and knowing venue pricing for events and promotions.
• Set up and tear down for functions, events and activities.

City:EdmontonWhat you will do:Hourly Player, Front of HouseOur Player, Front of House are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Player, Front of House operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility and can help answer and/or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers.
