Job Bank in Montreal, QC is seeking a permanent, full-time administrator/manager to oversee daily operations at a hotel, motel, or resort. The role includes developing policies, hiring staff, negotiating with suppliers and clients, and managing budgets and customer service.

Candidates should be able to supervise training, handle guest needs, and implement strategic plans. This position requires on-site work at the location with standard 40-hour weeks and an annual salary of 74,000 CAD.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRS and MS Office tools for daily operations.
• Familiarity with standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Drive).
• Ability to learn and use new systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Recruit and hire staff.
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff.
• Negotiate with clients for use of facilities.
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
