Job summary

Merritt Fairfield by Marriott is seeking volunteers to support daily operations at the Merritt site. You will help develop and implement policies, recruit and supervise staff, and work with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth facility use.

The role involves budgeting, marketing activities, addressing customer concerns, scheduling, and inventory management. On-site work is required with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Education: college diploma or 1-2 year certificate program. Some related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
