Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit, hire, supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers. Perform front desk duties. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Oversee maintenance activities. Enforce policies. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Establish work schedules. Organize inventory. Supervision: 16-20 staff members.
Qualifications include: College diploma (1-2 years) or equivalent experience. Experience of 3-5 years. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS Office, Windows, CRS. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, communication skills, team player.
