Job summary

The Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform general building and property maintenance across hotel facilities in Canada. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of pools, HVAC units, and boiler room, as well as drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and responding to guest maintenance requests to improve stays.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, 2 years maintenance experience, and ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years maintenance experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience in building operation and maintenance.
• Overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of pools, hot tubs and boiler room.
• Service heating, ventilation and air conditioning units.
• Drywall repairs and painting; caulking and silicone as needed.
