Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and pool maintenance.
• Engaging, friendly personality to put guests at ease.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch maintenance technicians.
• Keep the hotel in tip-top shape by performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Keep grounds welcoming for guests and ensure the pool area is clean, safe and ready for fun.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by representing Canalta values in person and online.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and collaborate with the team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Be the go-to person for maintenance and share knowledge with fellow team members.
• Be a Problem Solver by turning obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
