Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional for an afternoon shift. You will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, perform PM work, and service pools and tubs across the resort.

Responsibilities include general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, pool and spa maintenance, and surface finishing tasks such as painting and tiling. On-site trades experience is valuable and there are opportunities within Alterra Mountain Company’s

Qualifikationen

• General knowledge and experience in building trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, electrical etc.).
• On-site construction experience an asset.
• Previous experience with pool maintenance an asset.
• Work experience in commercial and residential painting, wallpapering, ceramic tile application, drywall installation, drywall patching, stucco, stipple, and fine wood finishing or refinishing an asset.

YEAR ROUND - FULL TIME (AFTERNOON SHIFT)

WAGE- $ 23.55

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to respond and action demand service requests, execute PM work and to maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort. The work will consist of but not be limited to; general repairs, general maintenance, equipment installation and daily rounds.
