Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate in Ottawa, Ontario. You will maintain a clean, safe hotel environment, assist with delivering linens, stocking closets, and supporting front desk operations as needed.

• Reliable and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support multiple hotel departments.
• Clear communication with colleagues and guests to resolve requests quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver linens and supplies to housekeeping closets and floors.
• Stock housekeeping closets and front-desk sundries as needed.
• Receive and store freight and operate laundry equipment when required.
• Communicate effectively using the hotel's radio system and report safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, vending spaces and storage rooms.
