Host

Hosts play an important role as the first impression of the restaurant to our Guests. With a smile and an upbeat attitude, they ensure that guests are seated based on their needs and the situation. They acknowledge and thank each Guest for their visit in a professional, sincere, and friendly manner, either in person or by phone. Hosts coordinate with team members about available seating options and escort Guests to their tables.

The Host/Greeter is responsible for ensuring that our Guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They promote a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
