Host

Hosts play a crucial role as the first impression of the restaurant for our Guests. With a friendly smile and an upbeat attitude, they ensure guests are seated according to their needs and the situation. They are responsible for acknowledging and thanking each Guest sincerely and professionally, whether in person or by phone. They coordinate with team members about seating availability and escort Guests to their tables.

The Host/Greeter is key to providing an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They promote a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
