1. Oversee daily operations of hospitality services including food service, housekeeping, and laundry.
2. Lead and support a diverse team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and audit requirements.
4. Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to deliver high-quality service.
5. Manage budgets, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or a related field.
2. CSNM Certification.
3. Degree in a related industry or business setting.
4. Certification in Food Safety; Red Seal and/or First Aid are assets.
5. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their daily experience.
